Delete your account

In the app or on the site

1. Sign in at luckyrebelclub.com/play or in the Lucky Rebel Club app.
2. Open Me, then tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. It happens right away.

If a gift card is still on its way to you, you can delete your account once it has been sent.

Can't sign in?

Email info@luckyrebelclub.com from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, username, scores, answers, Game Points, Reward Points and email preferences. Snap Quiz and Crash the Cup share one login, so your Crash the Cup history goes too.

What we keep

A record of prizes and rewards already sent to you (name, state, delivery email, the reward and the date), because prize records have to be kept.

A one-way code made from your email address, with that month's Game Points used, gift card total and the questions you've already seen. It stops a new account on the same email from resetting the monthly limits or repeating questions. We can't turn the code back into your email address, and it's erased after 13 months. Nothing else.
